I'm Sarah Maia, a Brazilian developer currently based in the United States. I work in cybersecurity at VintageSec with a full-stack perspective, connecting product choices to infrastructure, reliability, privacy, and trust.

I also hold a math degree from an American university, and that foundation shapes how I solve problems: break complexity into clear steps, test assumptions, and focus on evidence.

Outside product work, I write technical notes about security engineering, software architecture, and what I learn while building with C++ and Lua.
